How do I refer a client?
Simply send us their contact information and a brief note about their situation. You can email bradleyn.meyer@transactionalrealty.com. We'll take it from there.
When do I get paid?
Referral fees are paid within 7 calendar days of closing. You'll receive a written referral agreement outlining all terms, including compensation amount and payment schedule, before we begin working with your client.
What if my client decides not to move?
No problem. We only earn when your client closes on a Tennessee property. If they decide relocation isn't right, there's no fee.
Can I refer clients from any state?
Absolutely. We work with clients from anywhere. If they're considering East Tennessee, we want to help.
What's included in the referral agreement?
Our referral agreement includes the referral fee amount or basis, payment timing (7 calendar days after closing), conditions for earning the fee, broker information, and your rights and responsibilities.
