Is there any cost for the Relocation Fit Call?
No. The call is completely free and there is no obligation. My goal is to give you clarity — not to close a deal.
Do I need to be ready to move to book a call?
Not at all. Many people I talk to are 6–18 months out from a potential move. The earlier you start the process, the better your outcome. This call is about gathering information and making a good decision — not rushing into one.
How does buyer representation work? What does it cost?
In new construction, the builder pays the buyer's agent commission. You receive full representation at no out-of-pocket cost. There is no reason not to have an independent advocate in your corner.
I'm not from Florida. Can you still help me?
Yes. While my marketing focuses on Florida buyers because of the specific financial dynamics there, I work with out-of-state buyers from California, New York, New Jersey, Illinois, and other high-cost states. The process is the same.
What if East Tennessee isn't the right fit for me?
I'll tell you that honestly. My job is not to sell you East Tennessee — it's to help you make the right decision. If the numbers don't work or the lifestyle doesn't fit, I'd rather tell you that on a 30-minute call than have you find out after you've moved.
